Partnerships work well, and having one partner or an employee with current Nursing Certification (RN, RNA, LPN) is a priority. You will be required to attend an on-site practicum designed to meet your schedule. The training course gives you hands-on applications to operate your agency. You will also be provided with a confidential Operations Manual.

The requirements include a personal interview, franchisee profile questionnaire, financial stability and interest in developing and growing a franchise agency. After all the information required is compiled, it is submitted for final approval to the Senior Watch Board of Directors.

The Agency Management Fee entitles the Agent to continue to be part of the Senior Watch Business Information Management System (BIMS), to receive promotional material, and to be a member of the Agent Advisory Council.  The Fee Structure is available when due diligence is conducted.

Yes. Our BIMS System will provide Daily Reports, Insurance, Accounting Practices, Purchasing, Staff Recruitment and Training, Curriculum Certification, Payroll, Cost Control, Advertising, and other essential functions. You have the right to use the Trademark "Senior Watch" and access ongoing updates to the Operation Manual through an Intranet connection.

A Centralized BIMS is a preferred client/employee processing database, that provides management guidelines required for your office to be "in business" as soon as possible. By "Pooling" our management resources and marketing procedures, your operating costs are kept to a minimum.
